This vintage clamper cuff is made by the Taxco master silversmith Alfredo Villasana, who worked for Spratling before going out on his own. It is in good condition with some slight surface wear, but no dings or dents. It has open scroll work which makes it lighter and more airy than some of his other works. It is quite comfortable and easy to wear.
This piece is 2.5" wide in the front, tapering to 1" in the back. The inside measures 6.75". The hinge is tight and secure and the piece stays closed. There is about 1mm worth of play in the metal at the hinge, but this does not affect the security or clench of the spring on the clamper. 53.7grams.
Your vintage Villasana bracelet will ship next business day via USPS Priority mail. International buyers, please be aware that it can take up to 15 business days to receive your package.
